We guarantee our products to be accurate & up to the Concordia standard upon arrival.

Under this guarantee, should our products be defective in material, they will be replaced at no charge with proof of defect. Contact our team to return your products to us and we will work to get you the correct products immediately, email us at help@concordiainvitations.com.

Under our “Terms of Service” it is your, the “Client’s”, responsibility to confirm that all information provided is accurate and spelled correctly. Our guarantee does NOT cover any misspellings on your behalf. While we do try our best to catch any errors, due to the nature of names, addresses, and dates we can not cover these errors under our guarantee.
