These Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms of Service") apply to the Concordia Invitations, LLC website located at www.concordia-invitations.com, and all associated links to www.concordia-invitations.com.

BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

This agreement between Concordia Invitations, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Concordia”, operating in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the user, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, collectively referred to as the “Parties”, apply to the details below.

Concordia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Service, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Service, Concordia grants you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

OVERVIEW

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Concordia and the Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the Parties. If the Parties want to waive one provision of this agreement, that does not mean that any other provision is also waived. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have a signed waiver in writing.

DEPOSITS

A deposit for your order must be paid prior to Concordia starting your order process. This is a non-refundable deposit. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated for damages to Concordia in the event of a cancellation, or breach of these Terms of Service by the Client. The deposit shall be applied toward the total cost of the product, but may not be the final cost of the product. The balance of the complete order must be paid before your order goes to print. If final payment is not received, Concordia will not be expected to finalize your order.

CHANGE OF ORDER

Concordia must be notified immediately of any changes to your order, prior to our final sign-off. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all changes, dates, addresses, names, and any other information is spelled correctly prior to our final-sign off. If an email is sent, a confirmation of receipt must be sent back by Concordia in the event of a change in order via email.

COPYRIGHT

Title (possession) of and copyrights to all products remain with Concordia until the client has paid in full. It is illegal to copy, reproduce, or print elsewhere without the permission of Concordia. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
Permission is hereby granted to Concordia to use any products created for professional samples, displays, advertising, social media, and any other purpose. It is Concordia’s promise to only post photos, or use samples, of products after the date defined on the invitation.
