We are so excited to start designing your perfect invitations! When you go to check out you will see our form that gives us all the information to get us started in the right direction. The typical time until your first peek at your custom invitation designs is 7-10 days, with 3–5 days after for any edits you may have.
All custom invitations start with a $1,999 deposit, if you added additional options you will pay the remaining balance before “sending to print” at the final check/edits.

Due to our small size, the volume of requests, and limited availability of time, all deposits are only refundable within the first 24 hours of submission. All deposits after the initial 24 hours after submission are strictly non-refundable. If there is an issue with the cards once received please visit our “Warranty” section to see how to submit for replacement products.
We, of course, will do our best to give you flexibility if our services aren’t working for you and strive to be able to offer more refundable coverage in the future.
